General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Hotel Operations

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes, as well as all related services and deliveries provided by the hotel to the guest.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The accommodation contract is concluded when the hotel accepts the guest’s booking. Bookings can be made in writing, orally, by telephone, or electronically.

3. Services, Prices, Payment
The hotel is obliged to provide the booked rooms and agreed services.
The guest is obliged to pay the applicable or agreed prices for the room rental and any additional services used.
Prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon arrival.

4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
This also applies to the use of the hotel parking area.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation and No-show
Free cancellation is possible up to a certain period before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with legal regulations or the agreed terms.

6. Pets
Pets are not allowed in any area of the hotel.

7. Liability
The hotel is liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for other damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
For items brought into the hotel, the hotel is liable only within the scope of statutory provisions (§§ 701 ff. BGB).
The hotel assumes no liability for vehicles parked on the hotel premises unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Guest Obligations
Guests are required to follow the hotel’s house rules.
Disturbances, property damage, or other disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises.

9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for contract fulfillment and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details can be found in the hotel’s privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions
Amendments and additions to the contract or these GTC must be made in writing.
Place of performance and payment, and exclusive place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is the location of the hotel.
Only German law shall apply.
